Tamara Welch is a prolific creator of intellectual property for entertainment, art, design, and immersive experiences, including merchandise, publishing, promotions, and other ancillary products. She brings a curator’s eye to all her work, drawing on her extensive background in performance, writing, producing, and design. In addition to IP creation, Tamara is also a writer and producer for entertainment projects in different media. She is forming Curators Dream, LLC to serve as a home for all of her IP, creative endeavors, and business pursuits, not only produced by her, but by others. Her vision includes vital partnerships in the creative and business worlds, and she places high premium on cultivation and keeping a healthy culture as people collaborate to achieve the best results. Tamara is happiest in the work environment, when she is creating, collaborating and curating with other talented professionals and artists to make the best, most inspiring, and even transformational art and entertainment.

Steve McBeth is a senior executive with extensive business experience in entertainment, business development, and new technology for both Fortune 100 and early-stage companies. He is currently CEO and co-founder of Exceleration Studio, an entertainment content and data company headquartered in Charleston, SC. Steve began his 20-year career as a senior executive with The Walt Disney Company. He became a protégé of Disney president Frank Wells, serving as part of the core senior team for the highly successful Michael Eisner/Frank Wells turnaround effort. The culmination of his Disney career was his founding of Disney Interactive, putting Disney into an industry leading position for children’s video games, CD-ROMs, educational software and Disney Online. As president of that division, he had full responsibility for all business and creative operations globally. Prior to founding Disney Interactive, he was Executive Vice President of Disney Consumer Products. McBeth currently serves on the board at several companies including Infinite Kingdom, a faith-related video game startup company; Pencilish, a Nashville-based startup animation studio; and Boom! Studios, a Los Angeles-based comic book and graphic novel publisher.
